Registering with your GP shouldn’t feel overwhelming. We helped Watership Down Health show exactly how easy and welcoming it can be, at every branch.

Watership Down Health is a modern GP practice serving the communities of Overton, Oakley, and Kingsclere in Hampshire. What was once separate partnerships has now become a single, stronger practice. Known for being armed forces friendly, learning disability aware, and deeply rooted in patient-centred care. Whether it’s sign-up help, wellbeing support, or dignity in every interaction, their team is committed to making healthcare feel personal, not clinical.

They wanted to be visible and understandable, for new patients and long-term community members alike. So, the goal was simple: create an explainer video that shows how easy it is to register, and reinforce that every branch, from Overton to Kingsclere, offers the same warm welcome.

We structured the video around clarity and reassurance. Staff from different locations spoke directly to camera. Some on-site in Overton, others at the Kingsclere or Oakley branch. Voiceover and studio segments walked viewers through the sign-up steps with kindness. By blending practice photography, shots of familiar locations like the surgery front desks, and simple on-screen text to guide. Viewers feel supported, wherever they are in the registration process.

What we produced doesn’t just tell you what to do, it shows that help is at the other end of the line. Each scene is friendly, easy to follow, and local. By the end, new patients don’t just know how to register; they feel like they already belong.
