Delegates don’t always want to take part in role-play. Ted Learning and Wideo.co.uk worked together to produce video pieces to show examples of worst practice, the skills needed to correct this and then examples of best practice.
It’s a slightly different approach to your normal training video. Skillfully crafted scripts by Clare Samuels and the creative team at ted Learning involves a light comedic approach. These scripts also take in the DNA of a company. This means, that the content can make specific references to a company’s processes, foibles and in-jokes to make a powerful buy-in from the delegates and deliver the message more effectively. With the equality and diversity courses, for example, ted Learning included some actual real-life examples of the common mistakes made within the company, altered in a way so no specific individual could be identified.
