Soundbite Media was set up by Louise Chandler. Louise has many years of experience in TV and Radio. She uses this to help businesses use media to raise their profile.

OBJECTIVE
Louise wanted an introductory video for her website to show off her experience and how Soundbite Media could help other small businesses use media.
VIDEO
We went for the straight-to-camera approach. Louise wrote her script. We based our video shoot in her radio studio and used the autocue. This enabled her to read her lines straight into the camera and so give a very confident performance. We also shot some footage of her in action in the studio and inserted video footage from her appearances on the BBC.

THE CLIENT | STEPHEN BATH
Stephen Bath is an entrepreneur and a member of the Bath family who founded the successful Bath Travel business. He was involved in chartering Concorde 44 times for their subsidiary airline Palm Air.
OBJECTIVE
He had taken ownership of a private jet, once owned by the Guinness family, that had come to the end of its useful life. Having spent a lifetime in the aviation and travel industry, he knew that an aircraft like this can still be useful in many other ways. He wanted to spell these out while we shot footage of the exterior and interior of the craft.
VIDEO
It was a very cold and windy day in Bournemouth airport. We were all wearing thick fluorescent coats. Not the best look for a video. So we took the voice-over approach. Chatted to Stephen in the warmth of the cabin and shot the footage of the interior and exterior. Blended with the appropriate music, we achieved a nice sleek video to showcase this aircraft.
Style and banter
THE CLIENT | TONI HAIR
Toni Hair is a popular hair stylist in the Hampshire village of Overton.

OBJECTIVE
Toni Stanford is a popular personality and great with customers. She wanted an informal video to show this and the great customer service you get when you come through the door.
VIDEO
We went for the informal and fun approach. We chatted at length about Toni and her business. We picked out the soundbites and edited those together over footage filmed in the salon.
We finished with a sleek video with the human feel.
Changing perceptions
THE CLIENT | COLIN PARKER MASONRY
Colin Parker Masonry specialises in designing and manufacturing marble fireplaces. They can also create bespoke designs. All can be made to measure.

OBJECTIVE
The perception Colin sometimes faced was the mistaken belief that he was a small operation. Although Colin Parker Masonry offered a made-to–measure service, quality marble and bespoke designs; he wanted to get the scale of the business across. They had a large workshop and use the latest machinery to create lovely marble fireplaces.
VIDEO
It was a lovely space to work in. We used many wide-angle shots to show their large work, storage and showroom spaces. We also filmed some of the detailed work that goes into making the end product. The video production process also involved chatting to members of the team involved in the day-to-day running of the business.
Getting obsessive about detail
THE CLIENT | ATTENTION TO DETAILING
Saying that Attention to Detailing is a high-end car valet service doesn’t really do them justice. Car detailing takes this service and gets obsessive! In a nutshell, they take luxury cars and commercial vehicles and clean everything, right down to the hinges, engine, and paintwork repair. Back to near showroom condition.
If you have an lovely motor and want to keep it looking amazing, these are the guys for you!

OBJECTIVE
Rob is typical of many small business owners who want to improve their web presence. He knows that they “need a video” but does not know where to go from there.
We had a long conversation over Skype and we talked about the business and how he came to set it up. I was impressed with his passion for getting a car spotlessly clean. It just shone through! He talked about his car detailing studio and the mobile detailing part of the business too.
So we planned to use that passion for his business, and our conversation, as the basis for the website video production.
VIDEO
Using our Skype chat as a guide, we spent a while having an informal chat about his business. This helped to capture some of that passion for car detailing and explain both the studio and mobile car detailing services.
The final video production weaved those elements together. Plus we animated their logo at the end.
